Intake
You send Max the role you posted. Title, tools, who owns it now. We learn the real path: where work enters, where it sticks, what “done” means when you say it. Exceptions are the job, not the edge case.

The seat runs
Work is processed in your systems, to your standard. The pile moves. You see it. Nothing is renamed to a platform you did not ask for. The calendar you already have is the calendar we keep.

You stay in control
You keep approvals, client relationships, and the right to stop. Nothing silent. Nothing you cannot see. You do not hand over the firm. You hand over a seat.
On judgment
A person remains in the loop. Not as theater. As judgment.
When something is irregular, a human looks. When it is regular, it gets finished. We do not ask you to trust a black box. We ask you to hand over a seat and keep the firm.
You will know who to write. You will know what moved. If the seat should return to you, it returns.
